3. Booking Policies
All bookings made through WanderBuddy are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. Local experiences are mediated by independent hosts.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by experience and and are clearly listed on each activity page. Refunds will be processed according to the specific cancellation terms agreed upon at the time of booking, minus any applicable administrative fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
WanderBuddy shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.
